EUMIND REPORT
A lot of things have changed over the years. From the lifestyles of the people to their mindset everything has changed .During the time of the grandparents everyone lived in joint families along with their relatives. But most of the parents lived in nuclear families. At the time of the grandparents the society and their families bounded them to way too many restrictions , especially the girls. The girls were not allowed to gain proper education, but lucky were those whose families belonged to the upper class and believed in equality of men and women. But even after attaining education the girls were never allowed to work , and would only do household work.Whereas now almost all families believe in the 'right to educated',and thus do not discriminate between their sons and daughters when it comes to education. But still the lady parents when young were bounded to certain restrictions when it came to the safety of women. During the time of the grandparents men did not do any kind of household work. Whereas now the men and women work together amicably and perform the household work with each others help. The parents thus enjoyed more independence and freedom as compared to the grandparents.
